Biography
The Robot Elders who rule the robotic population of Chapek 9 are, like most governments, extremely corrupt. They are well aware that humans are no threat to their way of life. Nonetheless, they spread anti-human rumors and propaganda constantly as a means of distracting people from the planet's real problems.
